These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dublin Coffman Girls Tennis Boosters website and online payment pages ("the Site"). The Site is operated by the Dublin Coffman Girls Tennis Boosters ("the Boosters," "we," "us"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By using the Site or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

What we provide

The Site lets supporters of the Dublin Coffman High School girls tennis program pay booster dues, fees, sponsorships, banquet and camp registrations, and make donations. It also provides the booster treasurer with a record of payments tied to the team roster.

Payments

Prices are set by the boosters and shown before you complete a payment. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; PayPal and Venmo payments are processed by PayPal, Inc. We do not store your full card number or banking details on our servers — that information is handled directly by our payment processors. By submitting a payment you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Receipts and records

You will receive an emailed receipt for each completed payment. Please keep it for your records. Payments may be associated with a named athlete so the treasurer can confirm that dues and fees have been paid.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Donations and tax deductibility

The Boosters is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; no goods or services are provided in exchange for a pure donation. Payments for goods or services (such as uniforms, tickets, or camp) are not deductible as charitable contributions. Consult your tax advisor. We do not provide tax advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems, and not to interfere with its operation.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Boosters and its volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Payment processing is subject to the terms of the applicable processor (Stripe or PayPal).

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
