Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Dublin Coffman Girls Tennis Boosters ("the Boosters," "we," "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Payments made through this site fund the Coffman High School girls tennis program. Because we are a nonprofit and funds are committed to program expenses as they are collected, most payments are considered final. This policy explains when and how a refund may be issued.
General policy
Booster dues, fees, sponsorships, raffle entries, and donations are generally non-refundable. Donations are voluntary gifts and are not refundable.
Requesting a refund
If you believe a payment was made in error, was a duplicate, was charged an incorrect amount, or if your athlete's participation changes such that a fee no longer applies, please contact the treasurer within 30 days of the payment. We review each request individually and, at the treasurer's discretion, may issue a full or partial refund for goods or services not yet provided or costs not yet incurred.
To request a refund, email dchgirlstennisboosters@gmail.com with the name on the payment, the approximate date and amount, your athlete's name (if applicable), and the reason for the request. Please include the reference code from your receipt if you have it.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (card, PayPal, or Venmo). Card refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Payments made by paper check are refunded by check.
Items and fulfillment
Physical items such as uniforms and photo packages are ordered for a specific athlete and season. Once an order for a physical item has been placed with our supplier, it generally cannot be refunded, but we will work with you on defective or incorrect items. Banquet tickets and camp fees may be refundable up to the applicable registration deadline at the treasurer's discretion.
