Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Dublin Coffman Girls Tennis Boosters ("the Boosters," "we," "us"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, handles information collected through our website and online payment pages ("the Site").
Information we collect
When you make a payment, we collect:
- Your name and email address (used to send your receipt and identify your payment).
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it.
- The athlete's name your payment is for, if applicable, so dues can be recorded.
- The items purchased and the amount paid.
We do not collect or store your full card number, card security code, or bank account details. Payment card information is entered directly with our payment processors and is never stored on our servers.
Payment processors
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and PayPal/Venmo payments by PayPal, Inc. These companies handle your payment details under their own privacy policies: Stripe Privacy Policy and PayPal Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
- To process your payment and send you a receipt.
- To record which dues and fees have been paid for the team roster.
- To contact you about a payment, refund, or your athlete's account if needed.
- To keep financial records required of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with our payment processors (to complete transactions) and only as required by law. Payment records are accessible to the booster treasurer and authorized volunteers for bookkeeping and roster purposes.
Data retention & security
Payment records are retained as long as needed for the boosters' financial reporting and nonprofit recordkeeping obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but sensitive payment details are handled by our PCI-compliant processors rather than by us.
Children's privacy
Payments are made by parents, guardians, and adult supporters. While a payment may reference a student athlete's name for roster purposes, we do not knowingly collect payment information directly from children.
